Order Processing
All orders are prepared fresh and require advance notice. Processing times may vary depending on the size and type of the order. Customers will be notified of the expected completion date at the time of purchase.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within selected service areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location and order size.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including address, contact number, and any special delivery instructions.
Nazareth Bakes and Meals is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or customer unavailability.
Pickup Orders
Customers may also choose local pickup at the agreed pickup location and scheduled time.
Please arrive on time for pickup. We are not responsible for product quality once an order has been picked up or left unattended.
Delivery Timing
We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified of any major delivery delays.
Perishable Products
Because our products are freshly made and often perishable, customers are encouraged to refrigerate or properly store items immediately after delivery or pickup. If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, there must be a proper cooling arrangement available outside, such as a cooler or insulated container, to help maintain product quality and food safety.
We are not responsible for product quality after delivery or pickup is completed.
