I am happy to offer gluten-friendly meal options for families with gluten sensitivities or dietary preferences.

Please note that while I take care in preparing these meals with gluten-friendly ingredients, all food is made in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients.

Because of this, I cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment or prevent all cross-contact.

    WEEK 1: First Week of the Month

    Monday: Pesto Noodles with Tomatoes or Alfredo
    Tuesday: Stir-fry (beef and Asparagus) with Rice
    Wednesday: Sheet Pan Tacos
    Thursday: Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes
    Friday: Maccaroni and Cheese (with bacon bits) â€‹

     

    WEEK 2: Second Week of the Month​

    Monday: Stuffed Shells with Italian Sausage
    Tuesday: Orange/sweet and sour chicken with Rice
    Wednesday: Burritos
    Thursday: Meatloaf with scalped Potatoes 
    Friday: Tuna Casserole
     

    WEEK 3: Third Week of the Month​​

    Monday: Lasagna
    Tuesday: Munster Chicken with Rice Pilaf
    Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie
    Thursday: Hamburgers with baked beans/potato salad
    Friday: Pizza (Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Peppers, Can. Bacon)
