Custom Orders
Custom Orders may be accepted upon request and based on availability, with an additional charge depending on the complexity and requirements of the order.
Changes to Orders
Any changes to custom orders must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Last-minute changes may not be possible depending on preparation status.
Cancellations
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Cancellations made after production has started may result in full loss of payment.
Design Expectations
We do our best to match inspiration photos and requested designs; however, slight variations may occur due to handmade production, ingredient availability, and artistic interpretation. Please note that the pictures displayed on our website are for reference and display purposes only and may not represent the exact final appearance of your food or baked goods.
Allergy Notice
Our kitchen may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
